DR. DALE BENIC
Welcome to Dr Dale Benic's personal website. Dr Dale Benic is a dentist and director of Tooth Fairy Dental based in Mount Maunganui and Te Puke.

Dale moved from Wellington to the Bay of Plenty joining the Tooth Fairy Dental Centre in 2012, bringing with him several years of experience in cosmetic and general dentistry. After contracting to the Tooth Fairy Dental Centre for 4 years, Dale and his colleague Dr Joy Dawson became proud owners of the Mount Maunganui and Te Puke Tooth Fairy Dental Centres.

Dale has a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Otago and he has recently undertaken a number of advanced courses, which further enhance his knowledge and skills. In his last professional development 4 year cycle, Dale exceeded 150 hours of post-graduate training on advanced topics which included restoration and placement of dental implants, invisalign tooth straightening, tooth removal, root canal therapies and dental ceramics. Dale has also completed the 2 year Progressive Orthodontic Course in Sydney and Implant Placement Surgical Course in Auckland.
Dale is dedicated to delivering an excellent standard of dental care and to ensuring patient comfort . He enjoys all aspects of dentistry, which range from routine dental treatment to relief of acute conditions through to providing quality aesthetic procedures.

Dale is also an officer in the New Zealand Army Territorials, commissioned in 2005. As part of his role, Dale regularly provides dental care to New Zealand soldiers throughout New Zealand. In 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 he was also a member of the dental teams that traveled to remote parts of the Pacific Islands, where he provided dental aid to the local population.

Dale has moved to the Bay with his wife Victoria. Dale and Victoria are kept busy with their baby daughter Isabel. When time allows, Dale's hobbies are golf at Mount Maunganui's golf club, hockey with the Mount Maunganui Mavericks and surfing.
