In order to provide our level of orthodontic services, previously predominantly only available from orthodontists, Dale has dedicated numerous hours of continuing education in this field (both in NZ and in Australia).  He carefully assesses all cases and refers any cases beyond his expertise to local orthodontists.  

 

As with all aspects of dental health, specialists like orthodontists, oral surgeons, endodontists and periodontists are often required for the harder, more complex, or specific cases.

As a general dentist with Orthodontic knowledge and experience, Dr Benic can provide comprehensive general and cosmetic dental treatment.  With us, you don't have to go to the dentist for check-ups and then the orthodontist for braces.  This facilitates excellent communication and care by the dentist - checking the straightness, checking for tooth decay, and helping the patient to clean around the braces.

 

This full service is now a new level of service offering in dentistry.  As an orthodontist, we wouldn't be able to check patients’ teeth for decay, do any dental fillings, remove any teeth, expose impacted teeth, provide cosmetic dental veneers and crowns, whitening, gum contouring or undertake root canals etc...
